Chanel was involved in a dispute with a secondary reseller of their products.
We conducted research to assess in-market and online perceptions of the relationship, and material difference perception between new and presented Chanel goods.

Kodiak, which has a long history of selling protein-enhanced products, was made aware of a company in the space with a similar name.
To assess potential impact on the Kodiak mark, we:
- Executed a battery of confusion surveys, including Eveready and Squirt
- Assessed in-market and broad recognition of the Kodiak name

Vans was involved in a USPTO dispute with another leading shoe/apparel manufacturer regarding a proposed trademark egistration.
We created a survey to test commericial impression of the mark, leveraging a test and control methodology.
